RETURN POLICY

At Location Loading, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for you. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed. Email: ContactFitForFlight@gmail.com

Please note: once an item is in progress for design, the order cannot be canceled.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure a faster processing time and availability of the item.
